This is where you focus on your core offer. The one thing you are entering the market with. What is it and what it the value proposition attached to it? You have to be solid on what your offer is if you are going to outline how you will create income and market your business.

Creating your money map
How will you earn income and what are you open to receiving. These are not the same thing. One outlines how you logically will make money and the channels by which it will come. The other works on how willing you are to be that income earner. Do you believe in your ability to earn that money?
Week 5
Your commitment to leadership
Leadership begins with you. Before you ever make your first hire, you have to be solid in your commitment and direction. You have to own your role as a leader and have shed the past mentality as an employee.
Week 6
How you make decisions
Learning how to be decisive in your business is one of the most valuable skills you can exercise and strengthen. Knowing how to make a decision and stick to it instead of wavering on indecision and inaction is what will make your business grow.

Once you know what you have to offer and who you are providing it for, you can work on picking the marketing strategy to reach these people. We focus on explaining some options and helping you pick the one that best aligns with your personality (how you want to show up) and what will resonate with your audience.

Taking the right action
It’s time to start putting these elements into place. What is the first thing you need to do? What do you know is the most important use of your time, effort, and resources? What will really make a difference right now in the launch of your business? Once you know this you can get to work in the right direction.
Week 10
What is your business intention?
Intention is about your focus. What you focus on you will create. You will start to see evidence of it all around you and believing in the possibility. As you believe at a stronger level, you start to see evidence of it happening in your life. This is manifestation. We will explore your intention and how you can manifest what you want for your business.
Week 11
Creating your 90 day action plan
What is next for you in your business? You have spent the past 90 days focused on building the solid foundation of your business and owning your role as the leader. Now it is time to set your first or next goal towards growing your business. What are you committed to making happen in the next 90 days? We will explore why 90 days is an important framework for achievement and address the goal you want to set to see if you are clear enough on the probability of it happening.
Week 12
Setting up the structure and roles of your business
It is important to think through what is within your ability to accomplish and achieve, what is most important for you to focus on, and ultimately what you could let go of to outsource to another person. We will take the time to not only develop a plan for this but help you brainstorm the role responsibilities and how you can pass the baton to someone else without having to fear micromanaging or overwhelm.
Week 13
How to hire and when to know you're ready
Whether you are looking to hire a part-time contractor for five hours a week or someone full-time to help take over a function of the business, you have to know how and when to do this. The timing in taking this step is just as important as what they will be doing.
